AMEND by striking the sentence beginning on line 284 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
On July 1, 1999, all fees for dental care and surgery under authority of this paragraph (10) shall be reimbursed at a rate not more than twice the amount of the reimbursement rate that was in effect on June 30, 1999, subject to the availability of funds specifically appropriated therefor.
FURTHER, amend by striking the sentence beginning on line 331 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
On July 1, 1999, all fees for dentists' services reimbursed under authority of this paragraph (14) shall be reimbursed at a rate not more than twice the amount of the reimbursement rate that was in effect on June 30, 1999, subject to the availability of funds specifically appropriated therefor.
